  1. Micrometodo per la identificazione di Streptococchi e Stafilococchi coagulasi negativi isolati da campioni di latte.

    Article - En italien

Traduction en anglais : Micromethods for the identification of Streptococci and coagulase negative Staphylococci isolated from milk samples.

The results of the evaluation of two different micromethods to identify Streptococci other than S. agalactiae and coagulase negative Staphylococci were reported.

The comparison of the methods proposed with API System showed a sensibility of 94% for Streptococci and 85% for Staphylococci.

The proposed methods are pratical and quick, with a sensivity close to commercial kits, but cheaper.

The use of these methods in routine diagnosis work seems to give practical and economical advantages.
