    Vibration white finger is a form of secondary Raynaud's phenomenon caused by vibratory hand tools.

    The pathophysiology is multifactorial, with involvement of the peripheral vascular system, sensory receptors, peripheral nerves, muscles, bones, and joints.

    The diagnosis of this condition is essentially clinical.

    In this article, the pathophysiology, clinical presentation, diagnosis, industrial standards of exposure, preventive measures, and treatment modalities have been reviewed.
