    Global increases in uv light at ground level, related to stratospheric ozone decreases, may even potentiate this rise or increase the height of daily ozone peak levels.

    This urges scientists to present new ozone research data and existing health data in the light of these possibly changing tropospheric oxidant levels and to reevaluate and strengthen the process of risk evaluation and standard setting.
