    Traduction en anglais : Influence of sampling conditions on hygienic quality of natural tiger nut milk.

    The natural tiger nut milk is a refreshing drink which, due to its characteristics, has a brief period of life even if it is kept at the legally established temperatures.

    In this work we intend to establish the influence of the conditions under which official inspectors take the samples, in order to discard them as the cause of the high microbian reckons obtained in the following analysis.

    This study is based on the results obtained out of 149 samples of tiger nut milk elaborated in industrias located in the áreas of L'Alcoiá and El Comtat in Alicante, Spain.
