Director of the Health Promotion, Education and Communication Division of the World Health Organization, Geneva, Ilona Kickbusch is one of the initiators of the Ottawa Charter for Health Promotion and the Jakarta Declaration, two fundamental steps in the building of the new public health.
She plays a central role in shaping the future health policy and travels all over the world as an ambassador of the New Public Health.
