    A recent publication suggests a link between occupational exposure to toners (e.g. in a photocopying shop) and a pneumoconiosis type of disease.

    A set of toners used for printing or photocopying was analysed to identify the presence of crystalline silica.

    The result of this survey indicate that the use of the analysed toners does not represent a risk of silicosis.
