    In this study, it is reviewed the parasitic, fungal and viral diseases caused by fish products and it is mention briefly to the chemistry contaminants that can produce human disease and allegic process.

    Diseases caused, among others, by parasites as Clonorchis sinensis, Opistorchis felineus, Heterophyces spp, Metagoninus yokogawai, Paragoninus westernani, Diphyllobothrium latum, Gymnorhynchus gigas, Anisakis simplex, Capillaria philippinenesis and Angiostrongylus cantonensis.
