    Fish is considered as a food product with a relative clean history, although there are several pathogen agents that fish can transmit.

    This study is a review on the bacterial diseases caused by fish products.

    Diseases cause by microorganisms as Vibrios, Clostridium botulinum, Erysipelothrix rhusiopatie, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, Clostridium perfringens and Proteus morgani are presented.
