British Forces Germany Health Service : Satisfaction surveys of patients during 1996 and 1997 in one geographical location.
The Health Service in British Forces Germany has been subject to considerable change over the last two years.
This study shows that the level of satisfaction with the Primary and Community Services in one area has remained consistently high over a twelve month period, even given the large number of changes that have been made to the working practices within the medical centres.
This study also reports the fact that nearly 85% of patients who had attended a German hospital were satisfied with the service that had been provided.
