  1. Radon concentration in Venezuelan gas for domestic supply.

    The radon content of natural gas and its contribution of 30% to the in-door radon level was measured by a portable device and track etch detectors which were calibrated in a locally designed chamber.

    An additional health hazard of about 0.54 mSv/y due to the radon in the gas was found.
