Traduction en anglais : Obstructive respiratory diseases in bakeries. Causes - effects - prevention.
Since it was documented in the list of occupational diseases in 1961 the number of diseases with respect to occupational asthma of bakers has permanently increased.
To have a closer look at causes, therapy and prevention a interdisciplinary research project called « Occupational asthma of bakers » was carried out.
The results of these investigations are presented and preventive measures medical as well as technical - are suggested.
